JLK Series Pulsed Nd:YAG Automatic Laser Spot Welders

Laservall's JLK series of automatic laser spot welders is designed specifically for precision automated spot welding in industrial applications (medical device, wire manufacturing, etc.) and in high speed automatic jewelry chain manufacturing, JLK automatic laser spot weldersadaptable to all traditional chain-making machines of any type (e.g. bismark, rope, etc.) and age.

Here are just a few of the new features and advantages of the "K" series over competitive products:

  • Higher Speed - Up to 20Hz or 1200 shots/minute

  • Better pulse stability - An optical power feedback system monitors and adjusts laser power so that it remains constant during the entire life of the lamp, which has the added benefit of prolonging lamp life.

  • Simplified maintenance - Laser is divided into separate, easily accessible and changeable functional modules: microprocessor, capacitor bank, resonator, control card and shot control box.

  • Microprocessor with extra large graphical display.

  • Advanced diagnostics - Microprocessor is constantly checking the entire system and alarms are clearly displayed on the LCD screen (Ex: "Low water level >>> Add water").

  • RS232 connection - for download and remote control of data and remote diagnostics.

  • Memorization of welding parameters - for different chain types or alloys.

  • Pulse filling and pulse shaping capabilities - to optimize the quality, strength and physical appearance of the weld.
